Come experience a Unfold Architecture home during this year's Artisan Home tour, an event organized by Housing First MN and Parade of Homes. This home, located steps from Bde Maka Ska's Thomas Beach in Minneapolis, has been meticulously crafted by Sustainable 9 Design + Build and will be available for touring June 7th - 23rd, Fridays-Sundays, 12-6 PM.

The home was designed on what once was a large twin-home lot. Upon demolishing the previous structure, the plan was to design two detached custom single-family homes in its place. The single lot was split into two separate lots, sharing a split driveway running along the center lot line. This drive allowed for tuck-under garages towards the rear of the lot and uninterrupted facades facing the street.
