Unfold Takes Home a 2023 Grand Arda
Unfold took home a first-place award in the Multifamily category at this year's American Residential Design Awards held in Nashville!
The Grand ARDA was awarded to our Linden Row project. A Scandinavian-inspired multi-family row home located in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN. These homes were built on what once was a large single-family lot. The Minneapolis 2040 plan encourages increased density in established neighborhoods of Minneapolis, and this design replaced one home with a structure that could now house three families.
We designed for those in the neighborhood looking to downsize and age in place without leaving the neighborhood!
